The Lake

The Moodus reservoir is located in East Haddam, CT

Just off of the East Haddam/Colchester Turnpike.

​

With over 300 acres, Moodus Reservoir is known among anglers for its abundant pan fishing as well as its trophy largemouth bass.

With an average depth of 10 feet and the presence of large lily pad fields and other vegetation, Moodus offers the perfect habitat for fish and fisherman alike.

Species of fish in the lake include: Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Chain Pickerel, Black Crappie, Brown Bullhead, Sunfish, Bluegill, White Sucker, American Eel, and Bridle Shiner
